As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for going door-to-door to potential customers, gathering information, and setting up qualified appointments for our Energy Consultants. Our mission is to provide independence and peace of mind through the most innovative solar solutions and exceptional customer service. By doing everything in-house, from marketing to sales, design, permitting, installation, service calls, and product offering, we have maximum control over the customer experience and work environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to work on their feet for long periods of time.

Requirements:

• Door to door sales experience is a bonus, but not necessary
• Great communication skills
• Able to work on feet for long periods of time
• Self-starter

Compensation:

• We offer industry leading compensation plans that allow you to make more money than doing the same thing other places.
• Average results will make you $50 to $100 an hour (or more).
